The requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act really means you need some form of Safety Management System in place to manage the risk, provide assurance and engage your workforce.
Our Safety Management System is based on the ISO 45001:2018 international Standard being released in March 2018. We have a base system that we adjust to your business and how you operate. You will receive a manual that contains your safety policies, identifies what is in your safety management system and how you will manage safety in your company. We provide you with a robust risk managment framework that identifies your hazards, supports risk analysis, and risk acceptance against a risk acceptance model. This framework includes your risk management plan and your safety event register. We develop an assurance plan based on your risk profile and how you operate. Then we provide you direct support to manage your risk and assurance through triage of your events, conducting initial risk assessments on your new hazards, and providing you with assurance reports according to your assurance plan. With this system comes applications that allow you to record events and hazards digitaly and immediately, including the ability to take photos and to operate off-line.
All your documentation is saved into the cloud with access through a site we provide you with. This supports your business continuity and means you can access it anywhere.
